Drapes and drop cloths are then placed underneath every painting area to protect the property while work is underway.
From there, all areas are primed as needed, nail holes are filled, and surfaces are sanded and smoothed until they are free of imperfections. Caulking is applied to any area that needs filling or re-caulking, sealing the house against the elements before the finish coat goes on.
